Hallow bar for cone crushers KMD, KSD

Bimetal hollow bars with fusion of inner surface with Babbitt are used in bearing units of cone crusher KMD, KSD Uralmash plant construction.

Hollow bars are produced of two half cones joined by electric welding under fluxing stone layer. Joint quality is tested by ultrasound defectoscopy.

We can repair bars if they are in accordance technological data for repairing (ellipsisness, wear range).

Brass bars are also produce from customer material and bars of other sizes according drawings.
