Chain

Chain is used as tractive part of slat conveyers K1730 type and others with stationary roller supports with tape width from 400 to 1600 mm.

Main users: Seversteel, Novolipetsk plant, Kachkanar mining plant, "Svobodnny sokol" metallurgical plant, Welding Construction plant, and other plants of mining and iron and steel industry.

Tray

Tray is a carrying part of slat conveyer.

Slat conveyers are for transportation of different hot bulk loads (pellets, agglomerate, and cement) in horizontal, slope planes in ovens at temperatures up to 400-500C.

Possible board height is 300mm.

Slat conveyer rollers

Roller

Rollers are used for support of heavy slat conveyer chains used for hot pellet and agglomerate transportation.

Constructive differences:
- more width of roller and its heat processing that highly enlarge roller long life;
- thrust board absence gives straight movement to chain;
- safety fixing (bolt) of sealing covers.

Main advantages: Old constant roller customers, most mining plants and metallurgical enterprises of Russia and union prove high operation in hard conditions in high temperature, dusty conditions.
