Conveyer is for coal, potash salts, and other whole and powder materials, can be used as working face at mines and at building areas.

Allowed rated inclination angle of conveyer foundation at up-moving 16 to horizon.

Transporting material sizes must not overcome 300-400mm.

Higher roller support of slat conveyer

Support is for rollers of slat conveyer assembly.

Constructive differences:
- more side rollers declination angle (30) in comparison with traditional, that enlarges operating capacity of conveyer and shortens load splitting possibility;
- more high rigidity and safety of construction practically eliminates vibration of carrying rollers and prolongs their long life for 15-20%.

Gutter roller support of hanging construction

- low metal capacity, that is lower weight, that is important in mines at manual roller support assembly;
- high safety of bearing unit sealing, that enlarges long life of rollers;
- suspension rod giving the possibility of tape centering, shock load lowering of intermediate supports in hanging variant;
- lowering of dynamic loads;
- fixing simplicity; assemble and disassemble comfort

These roller supports can be widely used in coal industry due to high operation safety in dusty conditions, temperature and humidity.

Slat conveyer drums

Drums are used in slat conveyers in drive blocks (drive) and strains (strained and inclined). "Y" index drums are reinforced (more size bearings, etc.).

This type drum advantage is simplicity and safety of construction at comparatively low price.

Rollers for tape conveyers type "RP"

Constructive differences:
- usage of less powerful bearings (medium series);
- fast disassemble-assemble possibility for testing;
- good lubrication;
- excellent bearing casing rotation; possibility of high abrasive materials transportation.

Operating safety in hard conditions of dusty environments, temperature and humidity is proved by constant users of "RP" rollers, these are most of mining and metallurgical enterprises of Russian Federation and union countries.

"DR" type rollers for slat conveyers

CONSTRUCTIVE DIFFERENCES
- outer rubber sealing together with ring canals at pressed cover protect dust, water and mud;
- bearing space are filled with high quality lubrication "Litol 24" and leak-proofed with special plastic sealings; - inner bearing space is lubricated with corrosion resistant lubricant PVK;
- starting moment is not more 6,7 kg/cm.

MAIN ADVANTAGES. Construction is modern, safe and does not need technical maintenance. Long life is enlarged up to 3-4 times.
